Currently, our factory primarily manufactures a range of products including acrylic pen tips, fiber pen tips, sintered pen tips, nylon pen tips, polyester fiber pen tips, wick cores, perfume sticks, and filtration accessories.

Chuanghui independently develops and manufactures specialized production equipment for pen tips. Through increased output and cost reduction, we are gradually achieving the highest level of automation in the entire industry, ensuring that our pen tip products truly meet international quality standards at domestically competitive prices.
In 2005, the company developed and put into production sintered pen tips. After these products entered the market, they resolved the long-standing dilemma of China’s pen manufacturing industry, which had been heavily reliant on imports for high-end sintered pen tips. This not only helped customers significantly reduce their procurement costs but also greatly shortened the delivery cycle.
In 2009, our factory took the lead once again in developing acrylic nib products. Similarly, this product addressed the longstanding challenges faced by China’s pen manufacturing industry—high prices and long lead times—due to its reliance on foreign suppliers for acrylic nibs. It also significantly reduced procurement costs and dramatically shortened delivery times, eliciting a strong response and widespread acclaim from the industry!
In 2013, our factory once again took the lead in successfully developing a glue-free fiber-tip pen product. This product is manufactured without adding any glue, yet it still boasts exceptional resistance to solvents. Moreover, it maintains uniform hardness both inside and outside. By avoiding any increase in costs, this product not only aligns with today’s green and environmentally friendly trends but also ensures that its quality fully meets all the requirements for writing instruments. Furthermore, through our self-developed equipment, we’ve achieved revolutionary improvements in production technology, reaching the highest level of automated manufacturing for flat-chisel-shaped pen tips in the industry. In recent years, we’ve thus contributed our part to the global popularity of marker pens.
In 2015, our factory once again took the lead in China by successfully developing a series of polyester fiber nibs, thereby breaking the foreign monopoly and addressing the long-standing pain point of China’s pen manufacturing industry—its heavy reliance on imported polyester fiber nibs. These nibs are specifically designed for valve-type mechanisms, effectively resolving the challenge of delivering ink smoothly when dealing with high-viscosity, large-particle inks.
In 2017, after long-term efforts, our factory successfully developed another series of nylon nibs, greatly enriching our product lineup and expanding the applications of our products into other industries. At the same time, while maintaining high quality and consistent supply, we significantly reduced our customers’ procurement costs. Meanwhile, through horizontal expansion and leveraging our existing technologies and production processes, we have also developed products for other industries, such as filter cartridges and fragrance sticks.
